What's your delivery time?
Production normally takes around 15-30 days,depending on the order quantity.

Is it easy to install after receive the showcases?
Everything is assembled in factory,ready to use after you receive.You just need to open the packages and plug in.

Can I have my logo on the products?
Yes,different logo making methods are available. Such as acrylic illuminated logo,metal backlit logo,silk-screen printing logo,Neon sign logo,etc.

What's the design process?
After discussion on basic ideas and design concepts,we will start with floor plan,then go to 3D design process,finally do engineer drawings for production.The whole design process may take 1-3 days.

Do the showcases have any locking system?
Yes,every showcase has security locks to protect your goods.

How do you pack the products?
For easy and practical handling,our showcases are packed into wooden crates for safety and shrink wrapped by thick foam and transparenet film to protect the glass parts and wooden parts.

How do you arrange the shipping?
We offer different shipping services to meet different needs.Such as EXW,FOB,CIF and DDU terms. Door to door shipping is available if you order from China at the first time or if you don't have any shipping broker.
